Submission for Group Exhibition at the Kallio Library

Note! The deadline for proposals is 15.11.2026 at 23.59. Submissions that arrive after this time will not be processed.

Group Exhibition at Kallio Library in January 2027

KOOLA offers its member artists the opportunity to exhibit their work at Kauno, the exhibition space at Kallio Library, in January 2027.

Each artist can apply with one artwork measuring no more than 40 × 40 cm. Participation in the exhibition is free of charge.

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your application:

  • The artwork must be suitable for wall hanging and have a hanging wire attached to the back, as the works will be displayed using the exhibition space's hanging rail system.

  • Artworks must be delivered directly to Kallio Library on January 2, 2027, at 10 AM.

  • Artworks must be collected from Kallio Library on January 31, 2027, at 12 PM (noon).

Please note! The delivery and collection times are fixed, and unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions. Before applying, please make sure you are able to deliver and collect your artwork at the specified times.

Huom! Hakuaika ehdotuksille päättyy 15.11.2026 klo 23.59. Tämän jälkeen saapuneita hakemuksia ei käsitellä.

Ryhmänäyttely Kallion kirjastossa tammikuussa 2027

KOOLA tarjoaa jäsentaiteilijoilleen mahdollisuuden esitellä teoksiaan Kallion kirjaston näyttelytila Kaunossa tammikuussa 2027.

Näyttelyyn voi hakea mukaan yhdellä teoksella, jonka enimmäiskoko on 40 × 40 cm. Näyttelyyn osallistuminen on maksutonta.

Ennen hakemuksen lähettämistä luethan huolellisesti seuraavat osallistumisohjeet:

  • Teoksen tulee olla seinälle ripustettava, ja sen takana on oltava ripustusvaijeri, sillä teokset ripustetaan näyttelytilan ripustuskiskoihin.

  • Teokset tuodaan suoraan Kallion kirjastoon 2.1.2027 klo 10.00.

  • Teokset noudetaan Kallion kirjastosta 31.1.2027 klo 12.00.

Huom! Emme voi joustaa teosten tuonti- ja noutoajoista. Varmistathan siis ennen hakemista, että pystyt toimittamaan ja noutamaan teoksesi ilmoitettuina ajankohtina.
